Assert my boundaries like poison ivy, a no means no.

I will spend more time outside, out of the indoor spaces.

I will rest when it is time to rest.

It is ok to rest.

I will listen to my heart, as it whispers to me. However quietly.

Then I’m like, “hello? heart? are you even still there????”

I may choose to cry. To doubt myself. To act small.

But then, when I choose these feelings, I will climb a tree.

Or make a hole in the dirt.

Or stack rocks into a tower.

And use this natural gateway to remember-
